  Do you really submissive your mood for others? How to control your anger? I don't control it. :-)  Don't keep your anger to yourself. If you do that, it will harm you emotionally.   If you feel you getting angry, show your anger to yourself not to others. Others are not responsible for your mood. When I get angry, I divert my mind. I start listening to music or chores. One thing you must remember, show your anger to yourself and don't try to control it. Best SK    

  An Employee came to HR and said I want to resign... HR got confused, what happened to him all of sudden. He is a brilliant employee and he had no issue so far. HR asked her in a surprised way, why what happened. He replied everyone here is gossiping. No one works. HR then asked, "how do you know that?" He said he heard many times. I was waiting for the auto to go to my destination. 😊 I wave my hands to stop the auto when I saw one. He got stopped. 😊 He asked in American ascent, Mam, where do you have to go? 🤔 I was like 🙄 and tried to control my curiousity to ask how come such an excellent ascent and running auto. Anyway, I asked him, bhaiya Green, Park Chaloge? He said, yes mam, why not 🤔 I said, ok and got into auto and he started his meter and started driving.   Candidate Blacklisting if they don't turn up for Interview :-). Is it justified to black list those candidate who don't show up for interview once they give the confirmation of the same? Recently, I read a post on LinkedIn where a lady posted that if candidate don't show up, we should black list that person for further interviews.  My view is, as far as it is your own company, you are welcome to do so, but if you are advising others to do the same, that means you are ruining the entire professional life of that person. I know one bad fish makes entire pond dirty but that doesn't mean all fish should suffer for one fish's mistake. May be that person is telling you the real reason of not attending interview or you without knowing the person interest level asked him to come for interview or your salary structure doesn't work for that person and he/ she is hesitate to say that it on you face. Hope A person who will not lose hope, patience, and faith in himself or herself, will be the winner for the year 2020.  It's a story of an entrepreneur who had no money to spend on his business because he lost his shares and lost his business due to some unavoidable circumstances but he didn't lose hope. He had confidence that he would come over with this situation.   The company owner started the business again keeping the vision and hope in mind. Someone closed to him asked him, Sir, we lost everything how we will start again. He advised to close the business as the condition was very worse and they had no money to pay to employees. The owner replied: we have people with us what else we need.  And when he asked his employees if they are ready to work without pay for some time, all said yes, because they had great trust and hope on their owner. And after a few years of hard work, they become the world leader. So is the situation again.  Ha...

You are Fired !!! My colleague was asked to leave the job.  Not because of Corona, but because her reporting manager didn't like her personally. She had a mindset if you are in HR, you have no right to be rude with people even if they do not deserve it.   Well, I don't believe in this. Even if your job required to be pleasant and polite in most of the situation, but if somebody doesn't deserve it, you need to not behave like the way you are not.  HR is also human being with lot of emotions. Her reporting manager was under impression that every day as soon as she enters the office, her juniors should say good morning to her and to all employees of the organization. Are you also in such a thought? then time to rethink on it. Respect doesn't come all like this.  Cheers SK

 Cover Letter  What is your cover letter? Somebody sent me a resume with a cover letter. The cover letter was almost kind of covering everything. So I didn't open his resume. I rejected him. My belief is if your cover letter is boring and shows the same thing which you have mentioned in the resume, it is a very unlikely recruiter who will open your resume and read it thoroughly. A cover letter should not contain your career history. A cover letter should show why you want to apply for a particular job and how you can add value to the role which is been mentioned on the job portal. You can mention your qualities to justify the role You can write what made you apply for this role. That's enough for recruiters to open your resume and see the detail. Best SK

  There was a man who has a aim to become something in life but he was not sure what he wanted to be. He had no interest in study, sports, making career, earning money, getting married but still he wanted to be something.  He tried every field but he was not satisfied. At last, he decided to became saint and tried hard to meet God. After many years of continues hard work, God came in his dreams and asked him "what he wants". Failure has it's own advantage. My sis was very afraid of failure. She also used to compare herself with others. Whenever she wanted something and if she was not getting it, she used to get very upset. My sister got failed in the exam. She was very scared and upset and was not able to understand how to tell it to father. She didn't tell anything to father. I thought a lot and then I went to father and told my father about this. The next day My father went to the restaurant with her where we used to go rarely because it was very costly and we didn't have that much money to have food outside in that place.  She was wondering what happened to him.
