How Important is Material World
I joined a company. When I joined only 10 people were working in the company. Slowly we reached 100. When there were only 10 employees, there was no facility in the company. We were working under very bad conditions. I once requested the employer to arrange an AC so that employees can work smoothly. He said the company does not have that budget. If someone has a problem, he or she can leave the job. When we reached 100, the employer realized that computers / pcs / laptops are getting damaged due to heat. He immediately orders ACs without giving a second thought about the budget. So, what I realized is Employees are not important. PCs/ Laptops / Computers are important :-). Why do we give so much importance to material things rather than humans who are the source of designing those material things? Any thoughts? Best SK
Angry or submissive your mood ?
Do you really submissive your mood for others? How to control your anger? I don't control it. :-) Don't keep your anger to yourself. If you do that, it will harm you emotionally. If you feel you getting angry, show your anger to yourself not to others. Others are not responsible for your mood. When I get angry, I divert my mind. I start listening to music or chores. One thing you must remember, show your anger to yourself and don't try to control it. Best SK
How to avoid Rumours / Gossips / Politics
An Employee came to HR and said I want to resign... HR got confused, what happened to him all of sudden. He is a brilliant employee and he had no issue so far. HR asked her in a surprised way, why what happened. He replied everyone here is gossiping. No one works. HR then asked, "how do you know that?" He said he heard many times. HR said, I would accept your resignation but before going you will have to do small work of mine. He said, ok, HR gave her a glass of water and told him to go to conference room and make sure that even a drop of water should not come out from the glass. He said ok and picked up the glass full of water and left. While going his full concentration was on the water should not come out of glass. Once he reached in conference room, he saw HR was already there waiting for him. HR asked him, so tell me what did you hear when you were coming to the room. He said, I have not heard anything. Extra Efforts to be Extra Ordinary
I was waiting for the auto to go to my destination. 😊 I wave my hands to stop the auto when I saw one. He got stopped. 😊 He asked in American ascent, Mam, where do you have to go? 🤔 I was like 🙄 and tried to control my curiousity to ask how come such an excellent ascent and running auto. Anyway, I asked him, bhaiya Green, Park Chaloge? He said, yes mam, why not 🤔 I said, ok and got into auto and he started his meter and started driving.
