Tragedy of working in corporate political environment

Are you good in handling politics at work? Well to be very honest to all, I am very poor in that. Either way I can’t handle it. Meaning neither I can play it nor I can handle it. Ours is not very big organization. A team of 30-35 people work in the organization but the kind of politics they all play is bigger than any other organisation J. Though I have worked for large organization I never faced this sort of politics. Very new experience of facing politics and the way it has been played is really shocking to me. Though you know you have been used but you are handicap to do anything about it.

Any solution you guys can provide, do write.

Life is hard !!!

Trust me!!! On this earth nobody is fortunate enough to have the life without any struggle or trouble. Therefore when we say others are doing better than us or their luck favors them more than us or they have not faced any difficulty, we are making fool of ourselves.   Instead of that the truth is whenever they were going through difficult times they have crossed the hurdles with their determinatio n power and their focus towards their goals was so high, they achieved what they wanted to achieve and came out as a winner. Life teaches us many lesson and life depending on what the person wants to achieve, gives the opportunity to prove one-self. If you want to be a winner, you have to be strong enough to face the difficulty, whatever it may be, to become a winner.

How many of us are comfortable with competition. Aren’t we afraid the moment we hear the word competition? Most of the times, we try to give excuses in the name of competition. So when we say competition is high, we are actually escaping from the reality. Either we don’t want to work or we are so lazy to avoid hard work. If we want to exist in this world, we have to either “perform” or we will be “perish”.
