MY EXPERIENCE WITH LIFE !!!!

 

  Do you really submissive your mood for others? How to control your anger? I don't control it. :-)  Don't keep your anger to yourself. If you do that, it will harm you emotionally.   If you feel you getting angry, show your anger to yourself not to others. Others are not responsible for your mood. When I get angry, I divert my mind. I start listening to music or chores. One thing you must remember, show your anger to yourself and don't try to control it. Best SK    

  An Employee came to HR and said I want to resign... HR got confused, what happened to him all of sudden. He is a brilliant employee and he had no issue so far. HR asked her in a surprised way, why what happened. He replied everyone here is gossiping. No one works. HR then asked, "how do you know that?" He said he heard many times. HR said, I would accept your resignation but before going you will have to do small work of mine.  He said, ok, HR gave her a glass of water and told him to go to conference room and make sure that even a drop of water should not  come out from the glass. He said ok and picked up the glass full of water and left. While going his full concentration was on the  water should not come out of glass.  Once he reached in conference room, he saw HR was already there waiting for him. HR asked him, so tell me what did you hear when you were coming to the room. He said, I have not heard anything. HR asked why, He said I don't know my whole concentration

 

I was waiting for the auto to go to my destination. 😊 I wave my hands to stop the auto when I saw one. He got stopped. 😊 He asked in American ascent, Mam, where do you have to go? 🤔 I was like 🙄 and tried to control my curiousity to ask how come such an excellent ascent and running auto. Anyway, I asked him, bhaiya Green, Park Chaloge? He said, yes mam, why not 🤔 I said, ok and got into auto and he started his meter and started driving. Since I was very keen to check I immediately asked him same question which was disturbing my mind since the moment I spoke to him first 😆 He replied, Mam, I am not educated, learnt this ascent since I get so many passengers who travels and I noticed if I have to raise my income, I have to have something different than normal auto wala. ☺ 𝗜 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 to 𝗯𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮, 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿

 

  Candidate Blacklisting if they don't turn up for Interview :-). Is it justified to black list those candidate who don't show up for interview once they give the confirmation of the same? Recently, I read a post on LinkedIn where a lady posted that if candidate don't show up, we should black list that person for further interviews.  My view is, as far as it is your own company, you are welcome to do so, but if you are advising others to do the same, that means you are ruining the entire professional life of that person. I know one bad fish makes entire pond dirty but that doesn't mean all fish should suffer for one fish's mistake. May be that person is telling you the real reason of not attending interview or you without knowing the person interest level asked him to come for interview or your salary structure doesn't work for that person and he/ she is hesitate to say that it on you face.
