MY EXPERIENCE WITH LIFE !!!!

To all the great teachers of the world!!! My niece is in class 11 th and he has chosen commerce for further study. One of his Subject is “Business Study”. He is finding little difficult to cope up with the subject.  One day he came to me and asked me to make him understand some of the topics which he was finding difficult to understand. During the study I told him to use his own words in the exam instead of writing everything from his books but not leaving the crux of the topic. When I heard his reply, I got shocked. He told me that his school teacher has asked him to write in the exam as per same language of book only. He also told me his school teacher has said to write ditto word from the book. Sorry, a word which has become very common these days. Now-a- days it has no meaning. Earlier it used to be a very meaningful word. It had emotions attached to it.  I feel this word has become mantra to avoid difficult situation. If you want to stop the argument with someone, what you will do is, you will just say sorry to other person and that person without even realizing that why you have said so, will feel happy about it thinking that he is greater than you. I give you my own example. I had a boss who was very moody. When he was in good mood he was behaving very nicely with me and vice versa. I always used to avoid talking to him because I was not sure if he was in good mood or bad mood. Whenever he try to scold me even if I am not at fault I used to say sorry to him knowing that I have no meaning attached to my sorry. I also knew he will get satisfied once I will say sorry to him. All HR Fraternity, please provide your POA on this case study. You and your colleague go for a meeting.  Your colleague is driving the car. You both reach to meeting venue. You do your meeting and come back.  While coming back, you ask your colleague, almost 4-5 times, if he is going back to office or not.  He says “NO" to you.  You ask him to drop you at nearby area so that you can go back home. You thought as it is already 5pm and office closes at 5:30pm, you should directly go home as it would be 5:15pm or so if you go back to office by bus. You drop a SMS to your immediate boss stating you are not coming to the office and will update him about meeting status tomorrow. You catch the bus to reach home. When you are sitting in the bus you get a call from your immediate boss asking you why you are going home early and why you didn’t come to office. You reply to him stating as your colleague was not coming to the office,   also it would have taken more than 20

Normally people say they can’t forget their first love but I say I can’t forget my first job interview. Reason may be because I never fall in love. lol  Well before I tell you about my experience of my first job interview, I would just like to describe the definition of an interview to me. An interview is a process where you get the information of other party as well as you provide your information to them and I must say that information must represent real facts and figures. It rarely happens though.  During an interview, Interviewer ask some different questions and believe me mostly he/ she expects the answer of his / her choice. If you have not provided the answer which he / she is looking for, most likely you will not get through with that interview. That’s what my observation says.
