Avoid Stress !!!


What is stress? Are we not so conscious about everything?

The reason for stress is whatever bad is happening to us, we are taking it as a stress. Instead of trying to find out the solution, we are concentrating more on problem side. Most of us do not even know the real meaning of stress. We feel stress for everything. 

In-fact stress is nothing but just a momentary disturbance.

Whenever you are not able to do something, which you are eager to do, give a little break to yourself. In that break time, you can either listen to your favorite music or whatever you enjoy of doing with the best resources available in that time, just do that, it should not include your work which you want to complete.

You will automatically get the solution of your problem. You need not to ignore the problem, it so happen is, whatever is happening the solution goes to unconscious mind and problem goes to conscious mind and the result is we are not finding solution. Once we are relaxed, our unconscious mind starts recalling everything and we get the solution for our problem automatically.

Forget the stress, enjoy the rest
